I had hoped to have caught up by now, but reality is otherwise. There should (eventually) be some pictures of new spindles, maybe some wool pics, and things like that.
Not having had time or energy for any of the above, I give you a single picture.
Sigga Sif's first handspun. Spindlespun and plyed over the festival weekend. My first handspun didn't look anywhere near this good. I think she's off to a great start, don't you?
Looks store bought to me!

Congratulations to Sigga! I'm sorry to not have met her- where were you guys hiding all weekend?

That's wonderful....but isn't she Icelandic? That's got to be genetic!

I know the feeling. It's kind of a relief that my husband took the laptop with all the pictures on it when he left on his latest business trip. Gives me an excuse not to have to go through them all. ;-)
Looks like Sigga is a very quick study. But of course she was going to be a natural... it's in her genes. ;-)

I'd say so! But she did have some wonderful teachers.

Lovely!

Stop! You're making me blush. And I did have great teachers, to whom I owe my success :-)
Do you realize that I haven't knit a stitch since I learned spinning? This is a dangerous path for sure. I'm almost through my BFL top...

Sigga is obviously a natural - hooray! What kind of wheel are you enabling her toward? ;-)

Tell Sigga congratulations, that is wonderful-looking yarn. I am so impressed. I wish I took to spindle-spinning so easily.

She's clearly a born spinner! Nice job, Sigga! Hats off to you for the inspiration, Cassie.

What a good teacher you are.

Hooray! That's lovely handspun. I may not want to learn, but I can appreciate good yarn and I love to knit with it. :-)

Wow, that is impressive!

She's got some magic in her fingers.
My first handspun looked like when people make mistakes.
